Hideaway Ventures offers two communities of townhome style apartments near Penn State. Southside Commons and Southside Court are nestled in a quiet corner of State College, providing a peaceful experience for those who want to live a little ways outside the noise of downtown apartments at Penn State. Southside maintains a small, close-knit community feel with 24 townhomes at Commons and 12 townhomes at Court. Monthly rent at Southside includes one parking spot, and all utilities excluding Wi-Fi and electric. We also have the ability to fully furnish any home for an additonal fee of $50/mo. Additional parking is also $50/mo. Southside is conveniently located a few minutes walk from the Waupelani Drive CATAbus route, so getting downtown and to campus is still a breeze. Plus, you’re just a few minutes away from groceries, restaurants, and beautiful Orchard Park.
